SICK AGAIN


• Alas, I am sick. I was feeling nasty all day yesterday, went to bed early and woke up exhausted and stuffed. I hate being sick, it's such a waste of time off from work. On the other hand, I have to stave off boredom, so I write.

I have had an Alien compilation in my possession in one form or another since the early 90s and on various formats, including tape cassette and minidisc before I graduated to CDs, but it really wasn't until the release of Alien on DVD in 1999 with the isolated score tracks that I was able to put together something that truly satisfied me (the ( Read more... )

A few days ago, I installed Adobe Audition on my computer. While the basic timeline format is the same as what I'd been using up until this point, Audition is much more versatile with many more options. I can also do all of the work on the component .wav files in that program rather than using separate music editing software. I can do everything ( Read more... )
